I’m transitioning to weekly mega-posts unless I make something that I haven’t posted before (or have a special note of some other kind).

Here’s a list:

  • Baked chicken thighs with white rice and quinoa, and steamed broccoli, carrots, and corn on the cob, fried turkey dumplings
  • Szechuan-inspired tofu with broccoli, asparagus, and carrots
  • Turkey bacon, hash browns, poached egg, spinach scrambled eggs
  • Turkey meatballs with spaghetti sauce over spinach linguine
  • Spinach mac and cheese, BBQ pork spare-ribs, and cole slaw.
