This was a light week because of Lunar New Year.

• Wheat bread - I’m not sure if you can see it, but it has a weird pattern on it where I cut it. The story behind this was that I found the frozen dough in my freezer, and thought it was sourdough from the scent. I followed my normal sourdough procedure, but it turned out to be wheat bread and baked in a different way.
